The AS9120 is a company level certification based on standards published by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) titled “Quality Management Systems-Aerospace Requirements for Stockist Distributors”. The AS9120 certification standardises quality management system requirements and is used at all levels of the supply chain.
The use of AS9120 processes improve quality, cost and delivery performance through reducing organisation–unique requirements.
